As of right now the main servers are up and I can host a regular match but did get as far as setting up a dedicated server when I couldn't host a match(main servers down?). YES! This is basicly whats going on with me. I mean it is setup on my LAN it should be the simplest connection to make ever.Īny suggestions would be much appreciated. What I do not understand is why I cannot connect to the dedicated server. I setup my router to port forward 25000-25003 to my server.
I opened ports and added the game exe to firewall open list. I edited the 7Daystodie.exe file to run as an admin. The server does not show up in the server list. Every time I try to connect no matter the IP I get a blank screen with music and you have to alt tab out to close the game.
